About Private School Axis Axis is a 501(c)( 3) nonprofit organization that partners with Los Angeles area independent institutions to create paths for underrepresented students and family members of shade to gain access to, browse, and flourish in private education and learning. Independent colleges do not accurately stand for the general Los Angeles populace, where over 70% of citizens are people of color. Via our Axis mates, we sustain pupils and instructors of shade as they access exclusive education and learning chances with our recurring assistance. We additionally collaborate with Companion Schools across L.A. to make an enduring and transformative impact on their diversity, equity, incorporation, and responsibility (DEIA) methods.
